Spring officially arrives tomorrow, March 20th, so what better than to talk about spring trends for 2026 with the ladies of ageless style. Spring is bringing in a variety of trends that we can swoon over including:
- Colors (buttery yellow, pinks, blues, greens and lavender too)
- Lace and satin
- Preplum tops
- Drop waist skirts
- Polka dots
- Silk scarves
- Asymmetrical cuts
and so much more.
I am going to show you three ways to wear buttery yellow this spring. I got this pretty knit top while shopping on our trip to Calgary in February, at Oaks and Forts It was my first time shopping there and I found this top and a pre-plum top that I can't wait to share with you in the near future. Whenever I am shopping I am thinking whether it's something that I can see myself wearing several ways, with the items I have in my closet, and to double up for both work and casual wear. Here are three ways I will wear this cute, pretty, yellow top.
#1White, Blue and Yellow
I love crisp white pants in spring. It feels so clean and refreshing after months of dreary weather and a closet full of browns, greys and black outfits. I decided to pair it with my blue blazer, witch is another spring color having a moment right now. Perfectly classy for the office.
#2 Denim and Yellow
Jeans, or a denim skirt, are the perfect casual pairing. I accessories with a suede brown purse which makes this the perfect transition from winter to spring look.
#3 The Unexpected Lavender and Yellow Combo
I saw tons of inspiration with lavender and yellow on Pinterest so I thought I'd like to try it out, and it's super cute. It's giving me all the Easter weekend vibes. I just might wear it for our family Easter dinner.

ReplyDeleteI love all of the spring trends. Gimme polka dots, little scarves and fringe!!! One of my granddaughters went through a phase at two where she would only wear peplum tops. She is our resident fashionista now at 6 years old. Your buttery yellow sweater is so pretty and pairs well with all the spring colors. I just bought a soft yellow sweatshirt that I need to hurry and wear before we get into the triple digits!!
