#1 The Statement Outfit: Is it the velvet red or the shimmery mantellic or the chunky gold plated necklace that makes the statement? All of them independently are amazing but together they definitely have a WOW factor. I loved this combination soooooo much. The rich velvet really pops and complements the shimmer that the skirt provides. Honestly, I don't think it's tooo much at all and I love this outfit and it always makes me feel beautiful. If you don't have a pleated, metallic skirt in your closet you NEED one!
#5 The Classy Look: Although you may think this dress is black, it's actually navy and it's been used for many occasions. I paired it up with rose gold jewelry from my favorite company Hillberg and Berk, and a beautiful shimmery pink duster. This really is a classy look for church, Christmas dinner, holiday staff party, winter wedding or NYE.

Love that little navy dress with the shimmery pink duster - such a great outfit! :) I haven't picked my Christmas outfits yet either - I really need to try plan them out, not much time now! Christmas eve is always casual, but we dress up for Christmas day :)
ReplyDeleteHope that you are having a good week :)
Away From The Blue
I know, it's coming up quick. With school wrapping up tomorrow and my daughters birthday celebration happening on Saturday, I think I'll still have a bit of time to wrap my head around Christmas in time. (fingers crossed). Happy Holidays.
DeleteBeautiful outfits! Love this holiday style inspiration! The pleated skirt and jumpsuit are my favorites!

Thanks so much Jill! Looks like we had the same idea, compiling outfits together for a post. Merry Christmas!
DeleteThe ruffle dress and the last dress are my favorites! I am thinking of ordering Joanne's velvet leggings in navy. Need more velvet in my closet!

Dresses really do stand the test of time. I've seen some velvet leggings, but I'll have to check Joannes suggestion. Having one piece really just makes a statement on it's own and I like how it elevates the outfit without much thought. Enjoy the holidays.
DeleteSo many fabulous holiday looks. I especially love how you styled the "comfort for the win" one.
ReplyDeleteI do love a good jumpsuit! Thanks so much.
DeleteGosh, I love them all Bo. Of course I gravitate towards the statement look. Give me all the shine and sparkle!!

thanks Carrie! I love that one too!
DeleteAt first, I loved the pleated skirt, and then along comes the asymmetrical dress, and I love it, too! Then…we’ll, you know how this is going to go! You look gorgeous in each and every outfit! Have a fabulous holiday!

Oh Marsha, you are so kind. thank you so much and happy holidays to you and your family as well.
DeleteAs I was scrolling I kept thinking "oh I like this one best" then I'd see the next one! What fabulous looks. My favorites are the asymmetrical blue dress and, the sparkly sweater dress and the velvet jumper.
ReplyDeleteYou are so kind. I am very fortunate to be able to recycle and reuse a lot of my dresses, and honestly it's difficult to justify buying new stuff when I hardly have anywhere to dress up for.
DeleteOh, girl! That velvet top and velvet jumpsuit are my favs. So great on you. Merry Christmas pretty lady!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you as well. I am so glad our paths have crossed again.
DeleteI really can't pick an outfit. All these styles are beautiful!

DeleteLove that little navy dress with the shimmery pink duster
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!!!!
DeleteThese are all beautiful looks! I adore your asymmetrical blue dress. The style is unique and the color is unique. Usually Christmas or holidays mean red or green so I love that the color is different. Not only that, it really stands out. But as far as what I would wear personally for my lifestyle, I would be more of the sweater dress or jumpsuit type. These are the two most pieces I enjoy wearing regardless of event!

I love my jumpsuit so much and get so much wear out of it! I love to dress up but I also love to be cozy and comfy. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season.
DeleteYou look gorgeous in these pictures. Love the #4 Comfort for the Win a lot.

Finally getting 'round to visiting the Ageless Style link up posts. Love all the looks you featured but that velvet romper is absolutely gorgeous. I remember the pleated skirt outfit!! So pretty, so feminine. I have a similar skirt that I need to wear more often. Thanks for reminding me!!
